Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of hair products, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging with all tags attached.

2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or shows signs of wear. This policy is strictly enforced for all products, including:

  • Daily Full-Head Wigs (once the seal is broken or the wig has been tried on)

  • Wig Care Lotion (once the bottle has been opened or the safety seal broken)

  • Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Items with removed tags, damaged packaging, or any signs of use

3. Return Process for Eligible Unopened Items

  • To Initiate: If you receive an incorrect or unwanted item that is completely sealed and unused, contact us within 14 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for lost returns.

  • Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the sealed, unused item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different color, size, or style are handled as a return and a new purchase. Please follow the return process above for your unopened item, then place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its sealed package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the unopened packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Wig Supports (Non-Hygiene Items)
Wig supports (stands, mannequin heads, etc.) that are not personal hygiene items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping.

7. Color & Style Variations
Please note that due to differences in monitor settings and natural variations in hair products, actual colors and textures may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We cannot accept returns based on minor color variations or personal preference.
