Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over a qualifying amount.

Times: Estimated delivery windows are provided in the FAQ section. These are carrier estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses may occur.
4. Restrictions on Liquids
Wig care lotions are considered liquids and must be shipped in accordance with carrier regulations. This may occasionally cause minor delays in processing or require ground shipping only.
5. Packaging
We take great care in packaging:

Wigs: Placed on wig stands or in protective caps, wrapped in tissue, and shipped in discreet boxes.

Wig Supports: Securely packed in custom boxes to prevent damage.

Wig Care Lotions: Sealed with safety caps and cushioned to prevent leaks.
6. Delivery & Issues

Tracking: A tracking number and link will be provided via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Failed Delivery/Missing Packages: If a package is marked "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier hub first. Then, contact us for assistance in opening a trace investigation with the carrier.
